Excellent to work with. Loved how he corrected me so the dog obeyed. Liked how he had me do the training so he could point out what I needed to concentrate more of. Love our training sessions.

Dog Training Elite has been an invaluable partner in training our Scout to become a pet therapy dog. The in-home sessions focused on core skills with well thought out strategies personalized to her temperament. The group training brought out her confidence as she mastered commands amidst variable distractions and pressure. Our experience was heightened exponentially by our trainer Steve. He thoroughly explained the why behind the techniques and offered the puppy psychology to bring the concept home. He patiently weaved the lessons and tools into workable blocks which made practice more manageable. Additionally, he made himself available for texts and calls to troubleshoot issues or refresh my memory and adjust our approach. When we passed our certification exam, he was there to celebrate the accomplishment. I highly recommend Steve, Austin and all the trainers of Dog Training Elite….a magnificent organization making a difference for dogs and their families.

We used Dog Training Elite for our little guy Lucky in Nashville and are soooo happy with the results. lucky went from being disobedient and snappy to very friendly, kind respectful and loving. He no longer steals food from the counter and nips or bites at strangers. Parker was such a pleasure to work with and 100% worth the cost. It was an investment that has paid off 10x over! Highly highly recommend.

Marlene and Joe are great teachers and have the ability to communicate their instructions well. Our experience has been wonderful and we recommend them to everyone we know that has dogs. They are very knowledgeable and have been able to answer anything we have asked about what is best for our dogs. They never pushed our dog faster then what he was able to do at any stage of his training! If he was having a harder time with a command they would give us tips and show us a different way that our dog may be able to understand what we are wanting out of him. They truly do care about every dog out there! We are going to be using them to train our dog to be a service dog as they stand behind their work and it shows! They even gave us tips on what we can do with our other dog (we did not pay for them to train our other dog) but if we had any questions about either of our dogs they helped! Our walks have become so much easier with two dogs because of them there is no pulling and the walks are no longer something to dread! The group classes they offer are an amazing time for all dogs to enjoy the outside and learn what is expected of them when meeting other dogs and people! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I’m so grateful to Dog Training Elite and our trainer Jackson Hendrix for the amazing training sessions that has categorically changed my darling dog’s behavior from dog- reactive to “listening to me and being calm.” From the very first session to the last and ninth session today, Jackson modeled how to be a firm, loving, confident and authoritative master to my Dutchie Kami. I had registered for training because I found it challenging to walk Kami because of her barking and the lunging at other nearby dogs. The people in my condominium property used to give me dirty looks. From the very first lesson, Jackson taught me how to communicate and command Kami to do what I asked her to do. It took following Jackson’s lessons every day for the last 10 weeks, but today was an ah-mazing day for Kami and me. We met Jackson and Jackson’s dog Juniper at Daffin Park for her final test: can she walk by a dog and with a dog without barking and overreacting? Because that’s all I wanted to do with her. Kami barked dramatically for about 15 minutes at Juniper who looked like a saint. Jackson then had me get Kami more or less completely calm. Then we had both girls do a heel and we walked them all over Daffin Park for 45 minutes. It was amazing. I felt spiritually restored. I never thought the day would come when Kami walked with another dog. But she did. Heel, pass, with and without muzzle- all done without a glitch. It was amazing. I am so, so grateful to Jackson for his lessons and dedication and commitment to helping Kami and me. He’s an incredible trainer. Thank you, Jackson from the bottom of my heart for your support and lessons.You are brilliant . We look forward to all the group lessons in the future. 🙏🐕‍🦺💕💕

Great job teaching us on how to command our dog and answered any question we had

Sara made us very comfortable with training our dog. She was very professional and we enjoyed the time with her and our dog.

I have two dogs, one a very large Chesapeake Bay retriever, and the other a medium rescue terrier-pit who was only six months old when Scott and Jenn started to work with them. Their work with my dogs enabled me to enjoy my dogs as ‘civilized’ members of the family! Our training sessions were joyful and laughter filled. The dogs loved them and they loved the dogs. I recommend Scott and Jenn of Dog Training Elite without reservation!

The training ia going well and my dog, Martini, seems enjoy learning. I cant wait to get the ok for the group classes, because I think that will really help her impulse control

Please PLEASE do yourself a favor and give Dog Training Elite a call for all your dog training needs. They were highly flexible with my work schedule and always answered my questions. Pauline, Jamie, and Grace are all AMAZING to work with. Informative, professional, and very kind. You can tell these trainers love what they do, and do it well! They all handled my 2 year old female Mal-Shep mix with ease. I swear I picked up a different, more well trained dog each day of her training! Extremely clean facility and seamless communication between all the trainers. When it came to our homework, I was provided a personalized video of the trainer and my dog working on the current assignment AND a fully written assessment on what my dog excelled at and what she still needed to work on. Lady and I thank you for all your hard work and dedication. I will always recommend Dog Training Elite. Your furry friend will thank you :)
