Meet Asher! Coming from a military family, she did some moving around, but eventually made it back to where she was born in New Mexico. Asher worked in the corporate world for many years but decided it was time to chase her dream. She enrolled in the Tom Rose School in Missouri and graduated their Master Dog Trainer program as valedictorian. There she gained hands-on experience in advanced obedience, service and therapy dog training, agility, protection dogs, search and rescue, and behavior modification. "I'm interested in all aspects of dog training, but after working with service and therapy dogs, I truly knew I wanted to focus my training there."
With experience in AKC Rally and a growing dedication to protection sports, Asher is committed to helping dogs and their owners build strong, trusting relationships through clear communication and balanced training. "I've learned that we have to make training fun. Then the hard work becomes a rewarding experience for both the dogs and their handlers."
Outside of training, Asher loves the outdoors-camping, hiking, to downhill biking. She also enjoys longboarding and playing Dungeons & Dragons. She is pictured here with one of her pups, Atreides, a 9 month old Belgian Malinois. They are having tons of fun training in PSA.
