What can I say. Taylor has helped my dog, Peter Parker, become the obedient and calm dog, he would show glimpses of in the past. Taylor came, got to know Peter Parker, and talked to my family about our goals with Peter. Peter was a German shepherd that barked at almost every dog, pulled excessively, and was easily excited by every animal and person. Taylor taught us the right way to walk Peter and taught Peter manners. It's up to you, as the owner, to take the knowledge that Taylor gives you and build upon and reinforce it. Taylor's knowledge and expertise is well-worth the price. Peter was seen as the problem child in my house and is, now, the best behaved. His groomer, my relatives, and my friends have noticed the difference in Peter and has complimented his behavior. I wish I had sought Taylor's help long before I actually did.

Taylor has been phenomenal with May, our 2year old energetic pittie mix. She has learned very quickly despite her stubbornness and has been able to follow commands more readily around other dogs. After poor experiences with other trainers, I am thrilled that she can be calmer on walks and with other people. Taylor also helped us to quiet her barking. I would highly recommend him!

We have been able to make good progress with our puppy under Taylor’s expert guidance. Not only did Dog Training Elite provide effective instruction and demonstration to help us and our dog succeed but the instruction may have saved our puppy’s life. He managed to slip out of his harness one day while my husband was walking him, and run toward the street. My husband issued the ‘come’ command, and the puppy immediately turned back around and ran to my husband. No outcome of dog training can surpass the joy and relief of a puppy saved from potential harm. This training was truly money well spent.

Taylor has been wonderful. We have not yet gotten into the more advanced end of my dog’s journey to hopefully becoming a service dog, and Taylor has helped to completely change my dog’s behavior. Scooter is a beagle and prone to distraction and stubbornness, and with Taylor’s expert guidance and teaching I feel that I am more able to understand my dog and what HE NEEDS to be a great dog. I’ve been continuously surprised at his rapid progress (from a dog that used to have an absolute meltdown at the sight of a rabbit or be an absolute terror on Thanksgiving) and it’s all because of Taylor. I have every confidence that under Taylor’s guidance, Scooter will go on to make a wonderful service dog. Would recommend to anyone.

Taylor has been excellent in working with my overly friendly and hard to control lab retriever. You get to see the finished result with his very own dog that he trained, and I can't wait to get there! Taylor is polite, calm, very knowledgeable and obviously loves dogs. Taylor did an amazing job helping us with our dog Odin. Odin is a 160lbs adopted Anatolian Shepard who started exhibiting some intense dog reactivity about 8 months ago. As you can imagine a giant reactive guardian breed isn’t exactly ideal. After traditional treat based training failed to make any improvement in this behavior, we turned to Dog Training Elite. Taylor made some suggestions during the consult that had an immediate impact and knew we’d come to the right place. Since we’ve been working with Taylor, Odin has demonstrated steady improvement and been able to return to allot of the social settings we enjoy bringing him along to. His mastery of the basic commands has also improved tremendously over just a few short weeks. I highly recommend Taylor and Dog Training Elite!

Taylor has been training Daisy Mae our Silver lab puppy. She is full of energy! Our problem before was getting her attention to learn commands. They are either short or next to impossible. Our dog presented a unique challenge in that he is very small and (was) incredibly scared. He was aggressive and hard to manage. The trainers are very patient and obviously love animals. They instilled so much confidence in him that he is no longer the skittish, reactive dog he once was. They also made my family more confident dog owners. I would recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with their pet.

I worked with Taylor and my 2 big dogs. Taylor is very calming and helped me not be nervous to make sure the boys were listening. He took his time to show me what I needed to do and say etc to help them be better dogs. He was reassuring and available if I had questions after he left. Searching for a dog trainer had me talking to multiple trainers. After my conversation with Taylor at Dog Training Elite, I felt we were on the same page. Everything I was hoping to correct, and every expectation in a well trained dog, was echoed by him. Taylor took the time to explain his methods and steps with me clearly and understandingly. He was also willing to have a second conversation with my girlfriend, who has her own expectations, which he easily calmed and managed. His patience and confidence in the task brought him to the top of our list. He also offers an initial in home consult, which is also where the training will take place, which is so convenient for us.

We rescued a very shy and timid puppy and we knew we needed to get her trained. We found Taylor and we couldn’t be more grateful we did. Our dog Bonnie has gained so much confidence during training. Taylor has been wonderful and so patient with Bonnie. He answers all of our questions. He is clearly very talented at his job. We couldn’t be happier with the progress Bonnie has made because of Taylor.

Taylor is awesome! We have a 5 month old lab puppy, Lando, who is very high energy and bitey. Taylor has provided us with the foundational training to help manage Lando as he continues to grow and learn! Taylor has been so patient with Lando’s occasional stubbornness and you can tell her really has a connection to the dogs. It was extremely helpful having Taylor come to the house for training so the dog was able to learn in an environment that he is used to and comfortable with!

Taylor was incredible. Not only is he extremely professional, courteous, and easy to work with, but he was instrumental in curbing some of my dog’s reactivity issues with other dogs in my neighborhood. I have already recommended him to a family that recently got a puppy. I cannot express enough how wonderful his program is.

After just the first hour of training we had with Taylor, our Charlie stopped his barking. Taylor always arrives on time and has such a great demeanor that made Charlie trust him fairly quickly. We now have pleasurable walks with Charlie, no barking issues, and he is very obedient while still remaining part of the family. We have tried other trainers in the area but Dog Training Elite is worth every penny.

After thinking about getting some professional dog training for several months, we finally hired Taylor. And it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our pup, Quinn, who’d been struggling with reactivity for quite some time. Along with fine tuning some obedience training and learning some completely new commands, we’ve seen such a difference in Quinn’s reactivity. We still have some work to do, but thanks to the tools that Taylor provided, we finally feel confident again in ourselves and in our pup!

My husband and I recently worked with Taylor with Dog Training Elite and he was fantastic! We rescued our dog a year and a half ago and while she is amazing, she definitely had some issues. Particularly she was a bit whiney, did some naughty digging, rarely listened to us, and was leash reactive. Walking our dog was something that gave us anxiety. Taylor really took the time to get to know all of us and tailor the training to help us succeed. The house visits in my opinion were crucial in helping to identify what we could improve. She quickly learned commands like sit, place, down, come, and heel. Just in a remarkable two months, she now has corrected most of her undesirable behaviors. Walks are no longer anxiety producing! I would 10/10 recommend this program and I wish we had done it sooner. The group classes are also really great to test your skills and everyone is extremely supportive. You can tell all the dogs love Taylor and he has a natural instinct for dog training. There is no one else I would trust with my dog or any future dogs we rescue.

This is Nala, she is a completely crazy high energy lab puppy we introduced into our family of two young kids, 6 and 1. We are experienced dog owners but we’re really struggling with biting, barking, destructive zoomies, eating the walls…you name it, she was doing it at Mach 10. After working with Taylor at Dog Training Elite, she is a completely different dog, walks are a pleasure, we can eat dinner in peace without constant barking and destruction. Restlessness has even started to be replaced by affection. She is still young and full of crazy but I feel she’s responding within weeks to a level of training that would have probably taken us years.
