George was amazing from start to finish. Our dog Charlie, a 5-year-old Rough Collie, is super loving, but she had a hard time with leash aggression and would go crazy whenever people came over. She’d bark at anyone walking into the house and react to every little noise or movement in the backyard. With a toddler running around, we knew we needed some help and there were definitely a lot of things we wanted to work on. From the free evaluation, George was easy to talk to, really knowledgeable, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping Charlie. We decided to go with the e-collar training and honestly the results have been way better than I ever expected. Charlie has improved so much in such a short time and she just keeps getting better. The difference has been huge and we feel so much more relaxed and confident at home now. If you’re looking for someone you can actually trust with your dog, this is 100% the place to go. 10/10 experience — can’t recommend George enough.

George is an excellent professional yet personable trainer! He is patient and set clear expectations that helped our dog improve quickly. He provided great advice and guidance on 10 different commands; our dog improved instantly on them. George was an excellent communicator and always showed up on time. He has a great attitude and experience. Paying for Elite Dog Training was worth every dime.

George is clear, patient, while teachin us how to work with our reactive German Shepard. We have used 2 other trainers in the past and by far George and the Dog training elite techiques have been the most effective.

We have had the best experience with George and the dog training elite program. My dog Roy has struggled with anxiety and reactivity for years and it's caused me anxiety because I'm not sure how best to help him! Working with George has been exactly what we needed. It is not a fix overnight but his curriculum and tools truly work! At the first individual in-home session George had to meet us outside and across the street. My dog was so reactive and in a muzzle- George could not even touch! Fast forward to our 7th in home session and I can tell my dog to go to his place, without a muzzle, and George can knock on the door or ring our doorbell and he won't move. George will enter our home and my dog will greet him, when allowed and George can even give him affection! The amount of progress we've seen makes me so happy. If you're struggling with not knowing how best to train your dog, look no further. I cannot recommend this program enough!

We used Dog Training Elite Twin Cities to train our Golden Retriever puppy to become a service dog for our daughter. From the beginning, George was so attentive, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He made sure that my daughter was involved in the whole process and encouraged her to take responsibility for practicing the training at home between sessions. When I contacted George, I found him to be business like, prompt in returning texts, and patient and encouraging when working with me and Millie (my yellow lab puppy). George helped me a TON with training my dog so I can have a solid groundwork of obedience training before I start teaching him tasks to be a psychiatric service dog. He was always available to answer questions and was very patient. We would practice near my home or at Scheels, which was great because it was convenient for my schedule. I also liked learning how to use the e-collar. It's been a game changer for taking my dog on hikes with me!

Our dog Gus and I both benefited from our training sessions. Gus and I both learned all the commands and enjoyed the process. George, the trainer, is a great teacher. His experience is evident and he developed instant rapport with Gus. We achieved all our goals and look forward to the group training sessions.

My dog Tully just finished his service dog training & we can’t thank George enough! He worked so well with Tully & always had an answer to any problems we had, for example pulling on a leash was something we struggled with, the slip lead wasn’t working & I thought he would never walk on a leash correctly, but George had an answer we did the prong collar & it was night & day difference! He was always super flexible with scheduling if I were in the hospital & had to reschedule & answered any questions I had & was just super knowledgeable about service dogs! He truly is a dog whisperer & I’m so happy with Tully’s training.

Our experience with a training “refresh” for Lucky in preparation for relocating has been stellar. From our initial contact, through our final in person training session, the attention to detail, professionalism, logical-effective-efficient training plan have been very impressive. Lucky has responded well and will continue her training in the outdoor group environment to reinforce her learning. We are retired, moving with our 8 yr old. Golden doodle, and are much more confident in her ability to adjust to a more populated living environment.

The training Mochi and I received from George has provided me with a new life. I began my training journey with Dog Training Elite when I knew that something was wrong. Symptoms of my service-connected PTSD surfaced after years and began cut away at me. But Mochi has been going through that with me, all this time. I unexpectedly lost my job in September. George has continued to supply the consistent training and support I needed to complete this journey regardless of the personal challenges I was facing. Today is graduation day.
