Huntsville Command Dog Training

I am so impressed with the training my dog and I are getting from JB at Dog Training Elite! After just the first lesson, my dog wasn’t dragging me around like he was taking ME for a walk. We have already learned so much, and I appreciate how JB turns my mistakes into great learning opportunities. He doesn’t just teach my dog; he teaches me how to communicate with my dog and understand what I’m doing wrong . If you’re looking at the cost and wondering if it’s worth it, I can tell you that so far, it’s worth every penny! We’re still learning, but I’m already seeing progress and feeling more confident. I only wish I had done this sooner! I highly recommend!

I just started training my third dog with Dog Training Elite. JB worked with me to train my Husky-mix when her behavior was so bad that I thought I would have to rehome her. Three years later she is still so obedient that we can take her anywhere dogs are welcome. I am also working with JB to train my goldendoodle to be my service dog, and now JB is training my hound dog. No matter the breed or the behavior issues, I highly recommend hiring DTE to train your dog. JB, Christie and Paige are amazing people and excellent trainers. They dedicate every Saturday holding group training sessions at various locations, rain or shine, all year long. Trust JB and his team, they will work with your dog and love them as much as you do.

JB and Paige are miracle workers! Our 6-month-old golden shepherd is 1 week into her training, and her behavior has improved so much. We decided to go with the platinum package that includes 2 weeks of 8am-4pm camp and unlimited group classes (and several in-home sessions). It’s been a game changer and well worth the investment!

We could not be more grateful for JB and the incredible team at Dog Training Elite Huntsville! Our Boston Terrier is full of personality and loves people and other dogs—a little too much at times! Walks used to be a challenge because he was so excited to meet everyone in sight and had a hard time giving people and dogs their space.Working with JB and his team was a total game-changer. The group classes were especially valuable for us; they provided the exact real-world environment our pup needed to learn focus and restraint around distractions. Now he understands how to stay calm and pass by others respectfully without trying to greet everyone we encounter.JB and his team are standard-bearers for excellent service. They are remarkably caring, patient, and deeply devoted to helping both dogs and their owners succeed. If you are looking for trainers who genuinely care and deliver real, lasting results, look no further than Dog Training Elite Huntsville!

JB and his team at Dog Training Elite Huntsville have been incredible. We brought our Husky mix to them at three months old, and now at seven months the transformation has been astounding. Their patience, clear communication, and nonjudgmental approach made all the difference. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and the owners. Our pup is more confident, more focused, and listens better than we ever expected at this age. Highly recommend JB and his team — truly fantastic people doing exceptional work.

JB and Christy are the absolute best! My daughter has type 1 diabetes and her service dog is getting trained through them right now!

I’m very pleased with the help and direction they’ve given me with my dog Hazel!

JB brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his training. As an educator of both Zsa Zsa and myself, he adapts to our needs, explains tasks clearly, and corrects promptly. Working with JB is a pleasure and the results are gratifying.

Scrim is doing good with their help in training hims!

This has been one of the best investments I've ever made! Their training helped me to understand my dog's needs, and transform my dog from a reactive rescue dog to a confident, well-behaved dog that I can bring to the store without worry.

We had a wonderful experience with Dog Training Elite. Their puppy training is very helpful and interactive

Nola and I had a great experience at our first group class! She quickly realized this wasn’t the dog park and settled in nicely. The class was well organized, with plenty of realistic distractions that challenged both the dogs and their handlers. Everyone received equal attention and encouragement, which made the experience very positive and inspiring. We are both learning, and most importantly, we had a lot of fun. We’re looking forward to the next class!

The trainer Christie Pitsinger is really helpful with helping us with our new puppy.

When we picked up our Aussie, he was doing a obstacle course like it was nothing. He is learning so much and so am I. Can't wait to see what happens next week.

First appointment in the books. JB was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me as well.

Dog Training Elite lives up to its name. The very best team to work with for any and all dog training needs.

Service training is hands on with home visits and continuous improvement sessions.

So far Dogs Training Elite Huntsville has been outstanding. JB, Christy, Paige have been professional, friendly, and outstanding help with me, my wife, and my service dog Shadow. They have been very responsive and willing to adjust schedules if needed.

Class is always a great experience for both me and my dog. We have both learned so much. JB is great and fun to work with. Very relaxing environment.

I originally spoke to Christie regarding the process of getting the right kind of puppy to get to have as a service dog for my autistic son! She was very nice, informative and extremely patient with answering the million questions I had!! After we purchased our puppy, they got us in very quickly for our evaluation! When we got to the center we met with JB (the owner)! Due to school being out and having limited childcare help I had to bring my son with me to the evaluation and while I was worried that he’d be seen as a distraction/disruption however JB was very kind and patient to not only me but to my son the whole time we were there! After doing the evaluation with Spike (our puppy), JB explained the entire process of all the training that we would do from puppy classes to the personalized autism canine training classes! I would highly recommend Dog Training Elite to anyone who is looking for somewhere to get a dog trained just based off the interactions that we’ve had thus far!
