    When I called, I was greeted by an extremely pleasant voice. Attached to said voice was a wonderful young lady by the name of Jen. As I am older, a lot of people don’t take the time to truly try to help me. But Jen was phenomenal. She listened to my issues, soothed my worries and then provided me with exceptional support. More companies would benefit from having a soul like hers on the other end of the phone.
